Yes, this person does know how it works. Articles of impeachment should be drafted regardless of what the outcome might be. These actions are blatantly unconstitutional and should be treated as such. Congress needs to stop sitting on their hands and saying there's "nothing they can do."

None of them belong there. Does there need to be a separate case for each one of them to bring them back? Due process and a fair trial (if they've actually broken laws) need to happen. I would not be surprised if this individual conveniently "hangs himself" in his cell before he can be returned.
