We rode through Brandenburg to Hutelandschaft Altranft-Sonnenburg, hoping to see a Hoopoe in it's breeding site. We saw a huge beautiful Black Woodpecker and FOUR Golden Orioles, along with several birds of prey. We didnt see the Hoopoe but we did hear one!!
