and masking with an N95 mask to prevent getting sick with anything else would be good too bc covid messes with the immune system as well. having too many stressors on the body at once can trigger chronic illness, this is what happened to me.

it may be brain fog, it is common from covid ❤️‍🩹 since it was recent it wouldn't be long covid yet but if it persists at least 3 months after infection then it could be long covid at that point. try to rest as much as possible including mental effort to give your body the best chance to heal

i liked the episode in general (a lot actually besides abuela dying!!) i'm just so confused where they are going and why and how long it's gonna take to get there
