You would be a hobbyist farmer to be exempt, most farmers need many acres to live.

But you wouldn't have any land to work on if you had to sell it to pay the tax on it! Therefore no tools or job.

A poor arguement when we are at risk of losing home produced produce as a result of this.

Wrong! Land is required for farming to happen & land is expensive.
