The ringleader, in order to herd Republicans in Congress, needs to be able to threaten to fund Primary challengers even if those challenges, are doomed to lose at the general election. PeeWee doesn't command that much money.

Unless Peter Thiel steps up, who will threaten to fund primary challenges to Trump's would-be Republican critics? Through the crypto grift, Trump now has the money, but he's not always come through for his people, has he? And even with a primary victory, his picks were unelectable.
