Good news for getting out, starting next spring Metro-North trains will stop in Rhinecliff, Hudson and Albany:

Metro-North to extend service to Albany, competing with Amtrak service

Gov. Hochul says the expansion will partially fill in for reduced Amtrak service as the national railway repairs the East River rail tunnels heading into Manhattan.
