There are apparently also repeated failures to comply with parking conditions. e.g. using the disabled parking bay for bin storage. Staff parking all day in dropping-off bays.
It's almost as if Unite don't care anymore now they have a healthy revenue stream from the site!

The building looks fine. Fake version of what they demolished and put into landfill. It's the lack of enforcement that's annoying. This is effectively an unregulated guesthouse. Doesn't pay business rates and undercuts legit businesses. My kids can't afford to rent because of landlords like this.

Well, it was originally approved as being much-needed accommodation for local families. Turned out to be 6x Airbnbs @£240 per night each+ service fees. You pay extra for parking too - 4 spaces when it was supposed to be "car-free". Is it the mini-bar that's "complimentary"?
