I’d recommend starting a little before the start time they say with the Gatorade/Laxative drink. I did to the letter as directed for mine and I should have started about four hours earlier than directed. When you get home …well put a couple towels on the bed before you crash out just in case.

Then a year later, it all goes to hell.
