there aren’t a lot of openly non binary nurses. not where I work. plus, my coworkers are all at least 5+ years older than me. the patient population we serve is also older too. we had a nonbinary patient and I watched my peers struggle with the right pronouns. at least they tried

oh, I will. it does seem like they’ve made updates to improve it already. I’m sure w the push of people it’ll be encouraging to continue to do so, too. I hadn’t realized some people were already here for a year or so hahah !!
