it’s the weekend so i’m finally catching up with sketching and journaling! I’ve been leaning heavily into acrylic paint nowadays so I gave in and bought the two acrylic brush arrtx sets as an early christmas gift hehe ☺️

wahhh I felt the same way until I tried these last night!! You can sorta see some of the pink sketch lines underneath the paint if you look, but the paint covers most of it, so even if you make mistakes you can just let it dry and try again!! ^^ and i’d love to see the art you make!!! 🥺🥺🤍

also I really like how the paint layers! they’re not fully opaque, so I can make some colors more pastel or combine them if I want to ^^

they’re so fluffy and round and their faces are so silly 🥺🥺 i love them hehe !!

i’ve never been good at using acrylic, but these brush markers make doodling with them really easy!!!

ooo ok i’ll give that one a try next!! I know the feeling about not wanting to change brushes, sometimes there’s brushes that are so perfect I can’t imagine working with anything else 😭 and I just looked at my brush, and it’s actually called “Oil Pastel”!!

I agree with everything and I feel the same way!!! :D and thank you so much, I also used the same crayon brush in both, so some things don’t change at all hehe ! ☺️

I’ve been slowly redrawing all of my old art so I can use them in thank you cards for my art store and have a different one to offer for each holiday/season !
