And I have worn the belt a couple of times now. After adjusting it during a 5 mile run, I completed a 6 mile run a few days later without having to think about it a lot. What’s not so good about the vest?

I think his engineering background made it more difficult for him to deal with huge problems that would challenge most world leaders. He saw rules as fixed so he lacked the imagination to bend them to achieve a goal.

(2 of2) I used to just run a loop of 6 to 8 miles for the longer runs and stash insulated and frozen water and electrolyte mixes at the start/end of the loop and take a few minutes to hydrate then. Not the fastest or most efficient way but least annoying for me. Good luck and Merry Christmas

Hello Professor Litman, you were asking about hydration packs for training for your marathon. I never had any luck with with the backpacks, and I just ordered a Nathan flask belt, which I know I won’t really like, because I tried them in the past. You could try a vest.(1 of 2)

Don’t forget the majority of people are in agreement with him regardless of what they think of him personally. They are bigots in every imaginable form who feel that only white men, foremost, followed by white women, preferably Christian, should run the country.

Loved the interview, and I am so sorry that Chase has to do so much lifting to try to educate the conservative justices, who really seem to only care how to make laws that fit with their worldview. Wish we had more justices who actually cared about justice for all.
