The PEACHD Pilot studies are underway over the Summer in Poland (see photo), Czech Republic, and Catalonia - Thanks to partners at MUW, Caritas, CUNI, & GENCAT, and ESPECIALLY to all those hard-working health and social care workers out there who are starting life-saving conversations day-to-day!

Nearly one year into the #EU4Health project #PEACHD, and going strong! Next week we're strengthening synergies with the EU Joint Action #JAPreventNCD, and visiting the Polish pilot sites run by #Caritas where the project will promote health with Ukrainian refugee communities. Watch this space!
