Yuliya update: she has gained over a pound in the last week! We had a bump on her leg tested (traumatized by cat tumors atm) and it’s most likely just a reaction to her vaccines. We’re running follow up blood work in a week to see how the medication is working but I dare say she’s going to recover ❤️

Until then chris and I are sleeping in different beds/rooms with one baby each so no one feels left out or lonely. We’ll probably take turns but he slept with Sweetie Pie last night since she was a little spicy and he is her favorite human (as much as it pains me to admit it’s not me)

We’re going to name her Yuliya after my favorite game…the shelter said she was depressed but I think she just needed to go home with someone because she adjusted almost immediately at home, eating, drinking, cuddling, etc.

I JUST PICKED IT UP IT GOT RETURNED IM SO EXCITED also it’s HUGE!? Anyway this is flying to the front of my reading list. If I like this one I’m going to check out his other novels, my library had a bunch when I went there to sign up for my card but this was all that was on my mind then lol

:o just realized I’ve never posted any of my non digital art on here. I made some beetle juice shadow boxes a bit ago and I really enjoy them :) I have one more I need to finish gluing the rhinestones on and then maybe I’ll take a nice pic of them all

This soup is the gift that keeps giving…I put it through a sieve to strain out anything other than the smooth creaminess and I’ve been having delightful little toasts with that smeared on as a little snack. Yum 😙
