If I had the money, I'd buy a house like the one in kdrama No Gain No Love. But with enough room for two families, single parents and their kids.
No romantic complications. Just two queer grown ups looking out for each other and their kids because the world is expensive, scary and incredibly unfair.
A two story house is Seoul used as a filming location for shows. There's also a rooftop apartment. In this case it's No Gain No Love. The house is mostly painted white with reddish brown brick in places. There's a staircase that leads from a side entrance to the rooftop apartment for privacy.
