I don’t disagree with you. Thought it would be an interesting exercise to see if we could get a quiet stadium with no one celebrating their anthem, & a loud one for Canada’s. I visualise their media twisting things around to rile those less informed down there to look at us as hostile.

Try visualising a muted reaction to the American anthem, and a raucous reaction to the Canadian anthem. That’s the vibe I was going for. Believe you-me I agree complicity is not an option. Whatever everyone does, do what you feel is right, and more importantly, enjoy the game!
