This Lake in particular is surrounded by a neighborhood, that actually feeds them good bird feed... thats why its so abundant w/all types of Birds. But as many times I've gone there, never seen this many Ibis...thats why I included video.*amateur Photographer*

I enjoy being in the kitchen, making do w/what I have...and I outdid myself today. Spring Mix, Applewood Bacon, Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, Fresh Onion and Garlic Quiche 😋

A wedge of Quiche in a salad Plate w/a fork. Ingredients: Pie pan, EVOO Drizzle Diced onion Minced Garlic Chopped cooked Bacon 2 Handfulls Spring Mix 4 cheddar blend( only had ⅓ cup Mix: 3 Eggs whipped ¾ cup bisquick mix 1 cup Half n Half Cracked Black Pepper Sprinkle Garlic Powder Mix and pour on top of Ingredients in pie pan, Place chunks or sliced Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese on top 375⁰ F Oven for about 30 minutes Let rest for 10 minutes

I stepped outside this morning for the first time since early November and looked up... a beautiful blue sky with white whispy clouds, a bright small white star way above a large glowing sun that has a solar colorful halo around it, also a white Beam/Ray shooting upwards... it confirmed to me, its time to take my life back...
