I know from my own experience that there's a limit to how much you actually CAN know... but I believe that it's safe to assume that they haven't reached that limit yet.

People are living with their heads up their rear ends, only occasionally peeking out to watch some brain-dead "reality" TV... which is as far away from reality as it gets.

I saw an anti-vaxer suggesting that instead of a vaccine, they should try injections with a weakened virus, so that the body's immune system itself could learn how to fight it.
