While a blatant overreach & clear 1st Amendment violation & they could completely ignore the petulance-in-chief, they would, in all likelihood, absolutely capitulate before the ink dry instead.

The thing is though, he will NEVER go to prison. Those with his alleged wealth rarely go, those with his connections rarely go, those of his age rarely go. For any significant length of time.
Were he ever actual sentenced to prison, then ALL of the health issues would come out as reasons against it.

I'm less concerned about the scan, as I am about way the scan, & mostly about why they are willing to lie about having it or what type it was...
