Rather socialist golden age Sci Fi lover, chemist (not a pharmacist), Derby County fan, remainer and gardener.

Yes, I do my own research and I do know what the heck I'm talking about.
Oh dear.

More Fartrage deception, maybe he should apologise and resign?

I'm sure the media, the Tories & Reform will now apologise for their comments about Ms Reeves.

As that's now out of the way, could someone examine Nigel's house purchase & the impact of Russia on the Brexit vote? Because, I'm sure everyone would love to see some transparency from the rabid right.

Reads like someone's been told "use some technical words, hide why he really had to have an MRI & make him look great".

I wonder, is there any legal issue with a physician falsifying a medical report?

...and like daddy, when they realise their private health insurance and/or private security and/or their private pensions, etc, etc. doesn't give them what they want, no doubt they will come running home as fast as their trotters will carry them, crying out for our support.

Medicare prices for certain drugs will fall this year because of the BIDEN Inflation Reduction Act. Nothing to do with TACO guy.

The orange idiot is trying to get credit from another person's work - yet again.

irritating but did feel it was coming.

I'm not going to predict - when I did, we kept losing, when I missed a few games we went on winning streak!

As a scientist I'm definitely not a superstitious person, but I'll grab any straws to support the Rams!

Just fight back with something to just confuse them.

In my job, I've met with several major chocolate manufacturers over the past 10 years, all mention the same thing - their biggest challenge every year is making fewer grams of chocolate look like more.

The drivers? Cost of the raw materials IS an issue, but it's mainly the greed of the retailers.

Magic and my old 1980's 110 film camera with its built in flash! (and "telephoto lens" 😊!)

Picking up your photos from the chemists and finding all your friends had glowing red eyes!

Signed.

This is important, we need to look into who is using our own democracy against our interests.

Someone in government needs to get shouting these things from the rooftops.

So many things that the opposition have prophesied have been proven wrong, yet no one seems to have shown this to the electorate in general.

Time Labour started doing some decent self-publicity.

Best advice I ever had, was not to be my own worst critic & to never call myself names like "idiot" or "fool", even mentally - because one day, you will believe it.
We all make mistakes, act foolish or just lose it - but that's no reason to hurt yourself. Forgive yourself, learn & become better.

...and we have yet another reason not to purchase US-made/produced foods in the UK.
November 24, 2025 at 5:54 PM
And how much did that publicity stunt cost the local tax payer?

It certainly saved nothing.

Tories - Record levels of incompetence in governance.

Reform - "Hold my beer"

In the company I work for HR would have you on "Garden leave" within the day. No excuses, and no one in senior management would support you.

Sexist attitudes are no longer acceptable - the cost to the company from legal & the loss of good employees is too high to accept anymore.

So, how do they know that person is not a christian?
Some christians wear head coverings as a symbol of their faith.

May I also recommend Owen's "Strange meeting" as well?
November 12, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Glad someone brought Wilfred Owen's work up today.

"Dulce et Decorum est" is one of those poems that has stayed with me since I first read it in school.

I remember how appalled and saddened I felt when I first heard it, even now.
