gonna push a lil update to the create/edit record flow on PDSls where it prompts you for certain options before submitting
it should be less confusing with the captions, makes the UI a bit cleaner, and has the added benefit of preventing missclicks
Edit record modal Button with the label: Validate: Unset Caption: Set to 'false' to skip lexicon schema validation by the PDS, 'true' to require it, or leave unset to validate only for known lexicons. Button with the label: Recreate Caption: Delete the existing record and create a new one with the same record key.

- `n` to open create record
- `e` to open edit record
- `g` to go to the (logged in) repo
