First they came for the trailer parks, but I don’t live in a mobile home, so…

On a related note: Patrick Swayze has been dead more than 15 years and he still hasn’t made a sequel to Ghost…

Why does our “well regulated militia” keep committing war crimes?
April 19, 2025 at 2:12 PM
It’s worse than that. We’re all passengers on United 93.
April 17, 2025 at 4:08 PM
They can clean the toilets.
April 16, 2025 at 11:54 AM
We must try, because while more than 700 passengers and crew members endured the sinking of the Titanic, not one soul survived that smoldering hole in a Pennsylvania field.
April 5, 2025 at 2:30 PM
They are dangerous beyond even those vivid words. We must act quickly and urgently to succeed where the passengers of United 93 could not.
April 5, 2025 at 2:30 PM
Finally the passengers are rising up, though, preparing to rush the cockpit. Make no mistake, the pilot is a demented, suicidal madman, his first mate a ketamine addled, chainsaw wielding sociopath.
April 5, 2025 at 2:29 PM
The box cutters have come out, and now we’ve all been reduced to terrified passengers on that plane.
April 5, 2025 at 2:29 PM
He sinks ever deeper into madness, terrified of spending even a single night in prison. So revenge is his only salvation, hurt those who hurt him. Project 2025 gave him willing foot soldiers and that’s all he needed to take over the airplane.
April 5, 2025 at 2:29 PM
But that matters not at all to the captain. Project 2025 offers him no wisdom, no vision, for he has neither. He only knows his days are few. Money cannot ward off the ravages of old age or buy him the adulation he craves.
April 5, 2025 at 2:28 PM
They see the captain as a savior and prostrate themselves at his feet, that he may fly them to the fantasy world their book promises. They defend him with every fiber of their being, knowing full well that holy wars are never bloodless.
April 5, 2025 at 2:28 PM
The captain is accompanied by a handful of zealots—idiots all—who are rabid in their willingness to go down with the ship for their cause. Project 2025 is their Koran, their guiding light.
April 5, 2025 at 2:28 PM
America rejected him in 2020, so America deserves to die. America CONVICTED him in 2024, so America MUST die.
April 5, 2025 at 2:27 PM
He is not trying to safely land the plane at its destination. He’s a criminal, a sociopath who eight years later has now forced his way back into the cockpit, through what means we may never know. His only goal is to crash the plane and kill everyone on board.
April 5, 2025 at 2:26 PM
And it’s not an iceberg we need worry about, but something far more dangerous. The captain.

Because the captain isn’t really a captain. He has no real experience or interest in flying an airplane, even after years of flight school in Florida.
April 5, 2025 at 2:26 PM
It keeps running around in my head, wondering whether we’re just rearranging the deck chairs before the unseen disaster strikes. Only that’s not quite right. We’re not on the Titanic. It’s much worse than that.

We’re passengers on United 93.
