Split the league into 2 1st division leagues, add enough to get each to 18 teams, don't need to do ProRel.
Would make matchups between East/West teams in CCC and Open Cup must see TV.

Is this just based on home/away? Because it can't be SOS or LAFC expected would have to be higher. Just take a peak at who they have left.

How the hell does FCC have 11 TAM players and still be within salary cap rules?? Next closest is Atlanta with 8 and Portland/SJ with 7. How are they making 11 fit under the cap???
