Not true. “…whole lot of money”? There’s an entire industry investing in battery storage bc the returns are great relative to the risk & it’s good for the grid. Zeldin is grasping at baseless arguments. Just tell the truth - you want coal, nat gas & oil & don’t believe in fighting climate change.

Assume everyone realizes that taking out a large portion of Russian strategic aircraft that was laying waste to Ukraine and is key asset in its military is of benefit to Russia’s long-time adversaries (the U.S. (if that’s still the case, sometimes hard to tell)).

Consider— if they had this planned over 12-18 months with a high risk of failure - Ukraine must have a number of other bold moves in the works. Makes you wonder how Ukraine kept secret from the Russian but also the U.S. intelligence agencies.
