I learned about copay accumulators today. Manufacturers of expensive drugs (I'm on one for Crohn's) provide a debit card to help with deductibles and copays. With a CA program the HI company won't apply the payments from that card to deductibles, forcing people to find cheaper drugs. Just fing cruel
