And just to clarify, I do of course recommend high vis and not saying for a second it couldn’t save someone’s life..

Ok glad you clarified that.. I honestly feel the general description of victims of road deaths being culpable because they weren’t wearing high vis needs proper examination because most pedestrians do not wear high vis and don’t expect to be killed..

You’ve indicated that a pedestrian who doesn’t wear high vis clothing is culpable for their death if hit by a vehicle. So I’m asking if you are ever a pedestrian, do you always wear high vis clothing?
