Interest on a loan they’ve probably taken out with another part of their business/portfolio, so they’re actually paying themselves in a roundabout way and getting a lower tax bill as well.

The govt does think that criminalising slogans should be used to harass and intimidate the people protesting though.
And as with any protest slogan, their opponents would criticise and use their own definition of its meaning (to the detriment of those protesting).

That’s not what’s being said, and if you can’t comprehend that (or don’t want to) then you are completely misunderstanding the degree to which people fear the continuation of policies of the previous govt, the current govt, and the party which is currently looking like it’ll be the next govt.

It was in many other people's (and countries) interest, not just Russia.
They may've helped to tip the scales, but why were the scales so finely balanced that they could've been tipped one way or the other so easily?

Plus its the backbone of Power BI.
My theory is that its one of those dark pattern things that Microsoft uses to say Excel's not enough we need to subscribe to the Power BI suite as well, like MS Access was with the SQL Server suite.

That's what it started as and unfortunately it used to constantly crash Excel with out of memory errors. Though merging it with Excel wasn't necessarily the reason those went away.

Those in other countries or who are asylum seekers, that cannot get permission to work here.
