200+ groups are calling on legislators to fix SB 131. This bill’s CEQA exemption for “advanced manufacturing” could greenlight toxic projects near homes and schools without environmental review. It also leaves endangered species habitats unprotected.

California Transportation Commission is set to spend over $600 million on highway expansions and other projects that will worsen traffic and air quality, instead of the transportation solutions Californians actually need.
