oh god:

federalism
elections
military command and control
policing
fiat / crypto
email / messaging

I think I just backed myself into my own centralism.

Distributed or centralized; why not both?

A take for the times, really.

We talked about it for two minutes once and decided who gives a fuck and we're both happy the other exists.

Vaguely curious how much a person doing gotcha for clout is actually, idk, helping in any way.

A question writ large:

I give to food banks in the area every year; but not people I see. I see big orgs as economies of scale.

I have a friend that does the opposite and always carries cash for that purpose. He sees big orgs as overhead.

Just be careful if you're the one paying for Claude: I got work paying for Max because of how many tokens this can burn with five or six going at once. I try to start a handful at once and then kill the ones that lose the plot to do myself.

This I crazy. You see the quote that 20% of the remedial students passed a AP Calculus class (no details on actual AP score).

I'll simply point out that until the language settles this shit is really hard to talk about, especially since we're all kinda bad at talking to each other these days.

The other half is "we don't have patent coverage" which is highly related (rent seeking can't cover cost of trial).

Wow, somehow this post hit another Hatch Waxman attorney before me you absolute polymath weirdo (compliment).

You write labels partly because of drug patents so those labels are all a deeply fucked compromise, and companies remain hesitant to sue physicians directly for method patents.

You don't want competitors to be able to submit Section VIII Statements in ANDA, etc.

This advice is also wrong just as much as it is right (see first skeet).
