In 1940, the foundation of what would become PCGH began with the Mosely Clinic. On July 11, 1940, Dr. Mosely broke ground for his new medical center at 160 East Main Street in New Roads — a location diagonally across from the front steps of the Pointe Coupee Parish Courthouse.
