I'm continuing to make Obliteration content. Taking a temporary break for now though, I'm feeling grateful for stumbling upon Laika: Aged Through Blood. Due to recent personal events, the ending of this game hit me emotionally hard and so it earned my attention & time to make some fanart for it. ❤️🔥

This is the danger of even "AI-assisted" art. It fills in the holes and smooths out the lumps, but... why? To create something that exceeds our limitations?
All it ensures, practically, is that we never develop enough to grow beyond those limits. Simultaneously, we surrender our creative identity.

i used to love watching artists grow and develop their own voices and styles. it was one of my favorite things to see on social media - that growth and evolution. with AI becoming more and more prevalent i feel like so much art is starting to look the same.
