Continuing to screen existing (and new) grants to comply with the EOs appears to be in direct violation of the restraining order. Funding agencies should instead be using this window to award as many grants as possible. What am I missing?

All if our research animals are beautiful under a microscopic but the undergrads in the lab wanted macroscopic jellyfish to show visitors - so they reared these from polyps 🪼
