Please, the Shah was a ruthless dictator - absolutely no freedom. The upperclass dressed European, the rest not. US + Britain overthrew prime minister Mossadegh in 1953, he was elected.

5 billion dollars is peanuts. In 2023 Danish exports alone to US was almost 50 billion dollars. Very telling that Trump is boasting about such ridiculous amounts… and on top of that, it’s not even a deal….

The biggest threat to Greenland at present seems to be the US. Meanwhile, we have hosted Thule Airbase for decades, it belongs to the US and Vance can visit as he likes. And Greenland/Denmark is keen on discussing and developing our security arrangements, of course!!!
