We are taking the government to the high court because we believe their deal with the Lowry Lackey's contradicts the contents of our Constitution.

We will not be accepting this authoritarian move by government and are discussing with other opposition parties and groups currently. We need to do everything we can to prevent them forcing this through tomorrow.
