I think I'm going to build a 3200 square foot bungalow, with driveway and stonework, in the middle of Gage Park. Then I'll tell city council, with a perfectly straight face, that I didn't know it was against the rules and offer $150k for the land (which is worth a lot more). How can they say no?
Following over an hour of debate, councillors are deferring a decision to give themselves time to draft language to approve the sale/transfer of the City lands that the owner of 94 Kingsview Drive has already built on. #yhmcc
