This man has no clue about what he's doing. We need to stop reporting on him as if he does. Why a 50% tariff on the EU? Because he can, that's why. There's no strategy, no nth dimensional chess. Just a pure exercise in power. Just because he can.

This is against the backdrop of increasing EV sales in the US. TSLA is up there, but losing ground rapidly in terms of sales and market share. The losses are even more profound in Europe where TSLA sales have fallen off a cliff.
