After Halligan was basically caught lying and deceiving the grand jury on the Comey case, EVERY case prosecuted by the Bondi DOJ needs to be scrutinized. They are picking and choosing who to investigate and file charges against. I hope this representative has good attorneys, she will need them.

It looks like that is what happened. I wonder if Thune is pissed at him for sending the house home during the shutdown so they could avoid voting on the files and left the senate holding the bag to reopen the government on their own.

From what i understand, Trump has ten days to sign the bill once it arrives to his desk. If he does not sign it during that time, the bill becomes automatic law because of the majority vote. There is the pocket veto where if Trump doesn’t sign AND Congress adjourns during the ten day period,

If more than 2/3 of the house and senate vote yes, bill is veto proof. So Trump can’t veto it. Question is will Bondi say there is a fake investigation going on and can’t release or release heavily redacted files.

Trump will pardon his entire administration. Whoever wins the Dem presidential nomination will need to appoint a STRONG attorney general that won’t hesitate to hold those accountable who broke the law and defied the constitution. Otherwise, this will happen again with the next Republican president.

They can try, but it’s so much evidence to doctor and also there are fed judges,DOJ/FBI employees from past and current administrations who have already seen the evidence. If Dems get back into power, I’m certain there will be an investigation into DOJ/FBI conduct.

Marge has been walking a fine line lately, looks like Trump has drawn a line in the sand. I definitely think she sees the writing on the wall and trying to save herself. It’s too late, she is one of the many, many people that has enabled Trump.

The republicans in the senate are responsible. They confirmed every single cabinet appointment with zero hesitation knowing these people were incompetent with sketchy backgrounds. Rubio was the only one that was somewhat qualified. Everyone in Trump’s circle are cons and grifters.
