The court has also heard from Adam Brooks (no relation to defendant), a trauma surgeon at @nottmhospitals.bsky.social who operated on Graeme Perks - he said Mr Perks had an 8cm wound to his stomach and a cut to his liver, and arrived at the QMC with just a 5% chance of survival
