tbh I definitely have preferred pronouns, which are a more-frequently-changing subset of the correct pronouns, and I wish cis people didn't have to ruin this terminology for me

For emails, you can delayed send! Everyone I work with knows that any email they get early my time is fake news, but it gives them time to handle it at the start of their day if they want without disrupting them the night before when I actually send it.
