Hey! I just bought the book for the first illustration, your art was what made me pick it up. It’s amazing!

I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to make a grid to map out the line but when it comes to creative endeavors, especially new hobbies, I have a big ego and think I can wing it…so I’m gonna wing it. I’m also not following a sweater pattern because it’s more confusing watching them crochet

The yarns I got are Caron Simply Soft in Dark Country Blue and Wisteria. The navy will be basically the entire sweater and the wisteria the arm cuffs, collar, and falling petals line. In the original album it’s blue pink and yellow but I thought the purple was good enough for bts lol

Joanns is my #1 enemy rn bc they’re having their yarnormous sale but EVERYONE decided they also needed navy yarn. The problem was I needed not just navy but a very specific deep blue, almost black almost purple which I couldn’t find after 3 different trips. Finally I just went to Michael’s 😭

Seriously I have not been able to stop thinking about this so before I went and bought yarn I sketched out possible designs. I decided to go with the top one, I think it encapsulates the album better.

A moot of mine knit me a Young Forever vest that I love and got the idea in my head of what other album could be made wearable. The simplicity of the Love Yourself Trilogy is perfect for a subtle yet nice unique piece.

LY: Tear was the first BTS album I listened to, bought, and play listed. 134340 is still my undefeated champ and the album is my billboard #1. So ofc when I started learning to crochet I thought abt crocheting a sweater with the album.
