For an ACO wanting to pull data, the big question is whether they are pulling and giving to provider or some other reason. That’s the gist of it, but there was a lot more discussion around this. As you can imagine 🙂

@claudia-williams.bsky.social - for the clinical trial the question is whether it’s a provider who is doing an assessment and the clinical trial is part of the treatment or if they are simply recruiting. For pharmacists, given new fda rules on decentralized clinical trials this is relevant
