Leaving this TOD site devoid of #housing & pushing 200+ households to car-dependent suburbs instead has meant those HHs put 64,000 tons of extra CO2 into the air over 10 yrs.
That's more CO2 than ONE MILLION TREE SEEDLINGS would've absorbed in that time.
