Pork was failed successfully. Followed the cooking instructions in the new recipe to the T. Didn't want to pull, but it made good chopped pork. It was still good, just not what I expected.

Finally able to start eating better since every thing has settled down. Meal prepping my lunches. Steamed broccoli, mashed boiled sweet potato, and sautéed chicken.
