A lot went wrong today, but this went right: a vegan and gluten free pot pie, with a filling that simmers in the crock pot and then can be spooned into a dish and topped with standard pie crust, biscuit dough, or in this case: a vegan and gluten free puff pastry.

My tallest sunflower finally bloomed a few days ago - she’s ten feet tall, and I adore her. She’s stopped now but here she was still climbing high.
