4.5/5 stars — Six Wild Crowns is an interesting twist on Henry VIII and his infamous wives. Two queens, court intrigue, sapphic slow-burn, magic, and dragons. It’s totally unique. I honestly can’t think of a book to compare it to. I need the sequel now.

Unravel Me – 3/5

Book 2—definitely read in order. Mafi’s writing is stunning, but the plot lacked impact, and the resolution felt rushed. Some side characters shined, but the main ones fell short. I didn’t hate it, but I wasn’t in love either. Hoping the next book delivers more!
