3️⃣ Jax & Tara don’t sleep in my bed—and here’s why: I wear a CPAP, and the noise + tubes don’t make for restful nights. Instead, they have cozy spots of their own, and we all sleep better this way! It’s proof that the right sleeping arrangement is whatever keeps you + your pups happy and rested. 😴

2️⃣ I knew I wanted to be a separation anxiety specialist when my dog Tara was struggling with it. 😢 I've been through the training process, & know how hard it can be to implement. My favorite part is helping people figure out creative solutions to what we call "managing absences" 🏡

1️⃣ Of course, we're starting with a quick intro to my dogs 🐾

Jax: My first dog, my best friend, & the one who licks my tears away.

Tara: My best girl, who probably shares my ADHD diagnosis. If ever there were a neurospicy dog, it's her.

My dogs are far from perfect, & as a trainer it can be hard.🐶
