dere's nuance to everything though..it depends on da character..but i think if you like an evil man or think he's interesting it's okay to keep him in a jar and shake him around like your pet bug

as an example if you told someone you liked cruella deville they may just say "yeah she's awesome, such a classic villain"! if you listed off a bunch of reasons that she's actually not bad and was in the right trying to turn puppies into coats they may just look at you strangely 😐

i think a lot of people are convinced that liking a fictional bad person reflects poorly on them or something so they can't accept it, but i think it looks worse trying to justify every bad thing they do rather than just admit they're fucked up LOL
