honestly appreciating media by & for cis people that have the audience POVs routinely misgender and slur trans characters but have the correctness of their identity so obvious in their characterization that the denial loses its power. like its problematic or whatever but to me its a power fantasy

This google trends page really threw me for a loop, like how is it even possible for a genre label to spike that much? and in summer 2025?? Turns out when they make a google doodle it completely floods out the trends data rendering it useless

when I was getting my driver's permit as a teen they asked me to verify my information, I looked and someone had entered my gender as female. which was a cruel dilemma to put in front of someone who'd been an egg for all of 2 months
