Yes, everything is stable in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. That's a normal situation there. Sometimes, natural fluctuations occur due to snow/rain, but everything remains within typical ranges.

I think it’s good that people still react on such notifications even after so many of mistakes with radiation alerts.

As a developer of SaveEcoBot, I can say that the radiation hazard alert in the Zhytomyr region is likely a mistake by the operator working in the regional authority. This is the eighth mistake made by operators in the past six months :(

Radiation levels in Ukraine are within normal, stable ranges.
