What's up with BlueSky? Lately, my followers have increased, most of them have been posting with language that I don't use.

I was expected to develop applications and manage team transformation but I didn't fully meet requirements due to a project that had a strict deadline. Even if I could cut off specs or adjust requirements expected by PM, it was still hard.

I stopped micro-managing my team and gave them ownership, resulting in autonomous work. They are considering customer values and taking necessary actions. I'm supporting the team while striving for high perspectives.

I often uses T3 stacks that include TypeScript and tRPC, TailwindCSS( create.t3.gg ), additionally, I like using shadcn/ui too. Because web app can be created easily than before, everyone desires high quality contents than previously.
