Tonight an Australian rider is going for the best result in Road Stage Cycling in the Tour de France since 2011.

They started out at the Brunswick Cycling Club and with one stage to go looking good for second on the podium.

You probably haven’t heard of it though.

Today I hold thoughts for my friend Clark. Taken from us this year. A life that was lived voraciously and passionately with love and joy. Almost as if he tapped too much of his source and it eventually ran out. His spirit will remain a guiding light for my journey forever.
